CarbonSafe Phase II Engineering Notice to Bidders

NOTICE TO BIDDERS for CarbonSafe Phase II Engineering

Howard Energy Partners (HEP) is currently accepting bids for CarbonSafe Phase II Engineering and Design Services. Potential bidders must email hepgrants@howardep.com to receive the pre-qualification package. If the bidder completes the pre-qualification package and meet the requirements, they will then receive the bid documents at a later date.

This is a lump sum contract. Bidder must submit a bid bond or cashier’s check for 5% of the total amount of the bid. Performance and Payment Bonds are required when the successful bidder executes this contract, each for 100% of the total con¬tract amount.

Bid documents and instruction to bidders will be distributed after a potential bidder has completed the pre-qualification process and status has been confirmed by Howard Energy Partners.

All request for pre-qualification packages must be submitted via email to hepgrants@howardep.com.

HEP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids received.
