Howard Midstream developing $100 million Eagle Ford Shale gas complex

Howard Midstream Energy Partners LLC will build a new cryogenic natural gas plant in Webb County, Texas that will serve gas producers in the Olmos, Escondido and Eagle Ford Shale play.
This plant will have the capacity of processing 200 million cubic feet of natural gas per day.
