T.J. Campbell serves as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Howard Energy Partners. Since joining Howard Energy Partners in 2014, he has led the company’s corporate legal, commercial legal, and government affairs efforts in the United States and Mexico. Prior to Howard Energy Partners, T.J. served in the corporate, securities and mergers and acquisitions group at Winstead PC, where he advised clients on securities offerings, SEC compliance, mergers and acquisitions and debt financings, including corporate lending transactions and underwritten debt offerings. An advocate for overcoming homelessness, T.J. serves on the Board of Directors for San Antonio Metropolitan Ministry Inc. (SAMMinistries). Mr. Campbell received both a Bachelor of Science in Geology and a Juris Doctor from Brigham Young University. T.J. lives in Boerne, Texas with his wife and two sons.
