Brandon Burch

Brandon serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Howard Energy Partners. In this role, he is responsible for Engineering, Project Management, Operations, EHS, Regulatory Compliance, HR, and IT. Since joining Howard Energy Partners in 2013, Brandon has overseen the execution of $3 billion worth of buildouts across various operating regions and has expanded multiple departments to manage these assets. Before joining Howard Energy, Brandon worked for Energy Transfer Partners, where he held several roles including Project Engineer, Senior Operations Manager, and Director of Operations for the company’s Eagle Ford Shale division. Mr. Burch also held engineering positions with Quest TruTec and CITGO Refining and Chemicals.  

Brandon serves on various industry boards, including the San Antonio Pipeliners Association (SAPA), Texas Pipeline Association (TPA), GPA Midstream Association, and Marcellus Shale Coalition (MSC). He is a member of the Advisory Council for United Way of San Antonio and the Advisory Committee at UTSA. Additionally, he sits on the board of Hunt with Heart, a nonprofit organization supporting young people battling life-threatening illnesses. Brandon earned a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from Texas A&M University – Kingsville. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Becky and their three children.
